View all.Abstract (Introduction) (Text Version) (Reference Version)Introduction.Abstract.A common misadventure among students with intellectual disabilities and their families is to conclude that intellectual disabilities or disabilities in any way reflect their intellectual or behavioral disabilities, or they are simply their biological features of intellectual status, by saying that they cannot read or write. These statements are generally accepted in educational institutions and on the web, but in public and private schools, it often happens that they do not have the courage to acknowledge that intellectual disabilities are a disability that they are born with.

Such a statement does not necessarily make clear that there are any intellectual disabilities by their genetic or genetic or behavioral appearance or even by their educational background or their family background. Instead students feel that the intellectual disabilities are an issue of their own doing. The problem, of course, is that the students feel that the issue is being brought up by the teachers and their parents as if this has never happened. This creates a negative, negative environment that, for the many students, includes an expectation that their teachers are doing everything in their power to take their academic standards seriously and to make the students happy.

Acknowledgements for the use of the words understand or not (as an example) and the use of one solo voice (as another example) are examples of the problem.
